1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReviewMasterAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReviewMasterAI is an AI-powered platform that generates product reviews for affiliate marketing, blogs, and e-commerce. The Service includes:

  • AI-powered product review generation
  • Built-in blog hosting with custom slugs
  • Social media sharing tools
  • Multiple AI provider support

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Credits & Payments

  • The Service uses a credit-based system. Each article generation costs 5 credits.
  • New accounts receive 10 free credits (2 articles).
  • Purchased credits never expire and have no monthly reset.
  • We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and Binance (USDT).
  • Credits are added after payment verification, typically within a few hours.

5. Content Ownership

  • You own all content generated through your account.
  • You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws.
  • ReviewMasterAI does not claim ownership over your generated reviews.
  • You grant us a limited license to host and display your published blog content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Generate misleading or fake reviews intended to deceive consumers
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated bots to abuse the credit system
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities

7. API Keys

If you provide your own AI provider API keys:

  • Keys are encrypted and stored securely (AES-256-GCM).
  • You are responsible for any charges from your AI provider.
  • ReviewMasterAI is not liable for costs incurred through your API keys.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

9. Limitation of Liability

ReviewMasterAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
