1. Credit-Based System

ReviewMasterAI operates on a credit-based system. You purchase credits which are used to generate product reviews. Each article generation costs 5 credits.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Unused credits: If you have not used any credits from a purchased package, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Service issues: If the Service fails to generate content due to a technical error on our end, the credits will be automatically refunded to your account.
  • Duplicate payments: If you are charged twice for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Credits that have already been used to generate reviews
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (you can regenerate using credits)
  • Account termination due to terms of service violations
  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase
  • Free credits provided at registration

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at inzamul.dev@gmail.com with your account email and transaction details.
  2. Include your payment method and transaction ID/screenshot.
  3. We will review your request within 48 hours.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds will be sent to the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or Binance).
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Credit Expiration

Purchased credits never expire. They remain in your account until used, regardless of how long ago they were purchased.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
